One of Pakistan’s largest and most trusted name in shopping business, trade & investment Giga Group on Saturday organized “ground breaking ceremony” of sky-high Giga Mall Extension in Islamabad.
The project includes vast shopping, entertainment, dining and hospitality options.
However, what has made the project unique and distinct from other shopping malls, is the presence of a Jamia Masjid on the top two floors of the Mall.
According to Chairman of the Group Haji Muhammad Amin Pardesi Giga, the masjid is going to be the first sky-high masjid of not only Pakistan but the world as hundreds of faithful could offer their prayers at the Jamia Masjid.
The event turned out to be a huge success as people not only from twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi but from nearby towns and tehsils attended the ceremony.
Heads of various departments, civil & construction engineers, management of Giga Group & Giga Mall Extension were present on the occasion to brief the guests and visitors about the Giga Mall Extension project.
Haji Amin Pardesi was of the view that seeing people’s, particularly families’ interest and preference to shop at Giga Mall, it was decided to expand it.
Besides the masjid, the Giga Mall Extension comprises of Pakistan’s first vertical market, a luxury hotel, tourism floors, open view restaurants, commercial space, a premium food court, kids’ play area and last but not the least a health & relaxation court.
According to the team of engineers the Giga Mall extension is a well-planned development designed to fulfill the expanding needs of our community.
First time, the Giga Mall Extension is introducing the concept of vertical market, they said.
Located in DHA phase II Islamabad the Giga Mall Extension is an extraordinary project to become the prime example of an outstanding infrastructure.
The top two floors including the rooftop are devoted to Jamia Masid that would be a jewel in the crown and will be ranked as the world’s highest masjid.
