Amid the use of different tactics by the Modi-led fascist Indian regime to cripple Kashmiris economically, Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) has deplored that sporadic power outages have badly affected both domestic and industrial users in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The KCCI in a statement issued in Srinagar despite the frequent supply cuts, the electricity bills are being raised unreasonably.
It said the power situation remains uncertain and erratic load shedding and curtailment is frequent beyond tolerance, yet the bills are raised irrationally.
“Transformers damaged take a month to get replaced leaving the people on lurk to cry for the essential requirement of electricity. With the onset of winter, unscheduled and prolonged power cuts have become an unwritten rule,” the statement said.—KMS
