Fishermen assured of all facilities by FCS chief

Fishermen Coperative Society Chairman Abdul Berr has said that those elected previously by the votes of poor fishermen never tried to change the fate of fishermen. He was addressing as a chief guest at a fishermen’s function in Gharo on Wednesday. The previous representatives made fake members and fishermen’s rights were violated by banninggenuine membership of the cooperative society for 20 years in order to maintain their dominance over the bill. “We will go to great lengths to redress the injustices that have befallen us, eliminate counterfeiters and issue computerized membership cards to the real fishermen, provide medical facilities to the entire fishing family and educate their children.” Among the other guests were Directors Asif Iqbal Bhatti, Abdul Rauf Ibrahim, GM Shaukat Hussain and Seth Aziz. Jatt and DSP Qadir Bakhsh Khaskheli and local dignitaries. The FCS Chairman said that since he had taken charge of the Fishermen’s Society.
