A four day Faculty Development Program for Judicial Academies- Training of Trainers- begins at the Federal Judicial Academy on Monday.
While addressing the participants, Director General, Federal Judicial Academy, Mr. Hayat Ali Shah termed mentorship as the noblest human virtue and said, ““Hazrat Muhammad (S.W.A) is the most influential person and mentor in human history.”
He also shed light on those most powerful self-beliefs that ignite human behavior and inspire the desired change. These included: Firm belief, reliability/truth, ability/strength, yearning for the change which is in the interest of the people or organization and above all to earn the pleasure of Allah (S.AW).
“These personal values and beliefs are considered the ‘sine qua non’ for Faculty members. Faculty must be embellished with these noble values and virtues,” the DG remarked.
The Director General of the Academy thanked all the international partners such as the European Union, UNDP, UN Women and UNODC- – the Deliver Justice Project-for the continuous support and with a special mention of this four day activity in which Faculty Members, both permanent and adjunct, from each of the Provincial Judicial Academies and the Federal Judicial Academy are benefiting.
