Pakistan’s Ambassador to Spain, Dr. Zahoor Ahmed, reaffirmed Islamabad’s unwavering support for the Kashmiri people, describing their struggle as a quest for fundamental rights and self-determination. He also called on the Pakistani community in Spain to continue engaging with Spanish society and institutions to raise awareness of the Kashmir dispute.

Participants were briefed on the latest situation in IIOJK, with speakers highlighting alleged human rights violations and the long-term impact of India’s unilateral decisions taken on August 5, 2019. The event also featured official messages from the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister, and the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister, which were read by Deputy Head of Mission Omer Manzoor Malik and Second Secretary Maryam Mushtaq.
