Demise of Hurriyat activist in IIOJK condoled


In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Hurriyat activist, Master Sheikh Ghulam Mohiuddin of Nai Basti, Islamabad, who passed away, yesterday.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the DFP in a statement issued in Srinagar, while highlighting Master Sheikh Ghulam Mohiuddin’s contribution in the ongoing freedom struggle, said that he was a close aide of veteran Kashmiri Hurriyat leader, Syed Ali Gilani, and a member of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat. The deceased leader, it said, was also a member of Jamaat-e-Islami.—INP
