Future of more than 200 Girls students of Home Economic Girls College Abbottabad is on stake as the landlord has evacuated the college building after expiry of contract and entire furniture of the college is dumped in Government Boys College No 2 Mandian by the college administration.
It should be noted that Girls Home Economic College was started six years back in rented building in 1988 by then education minister KP Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani in rented building near at Sethi Masjid on Mansehra road, Two years later college was shifted to another rented building in Mandian as education department was trying to shift the college in other government buildings but could not succeeded.
