The Consul General of China, Yang Yundong, met with Sindh Chief Secretary Syed Asif Hyder Shah at the Sindh Secretariat on Monday to discuss mutual interests, emphasized the promotion of bilateral relations. Chief Secretary Shah assured the Chinese Consul General of the Sindh government’s support and highlighted investment opportunities in energy, waste-water treatment plants, and agriculture sectors.
Both dignitaries expressed appreciation for past cooperation, particularly during floods and COP conferences, and agreed to collaborate in agriculture and technology sectors. As a token of appreciation, Chief Secretary Shah presented traditional Sindhi gifts to Consul General Yang Yundong.
