Bitcoin, the world’s largest cryptocurrency, has fallen to its lowest level in four months, dropping below the $100,000 mark for the first time since June 2025.

During live trading, the cryptocurrency’s price declined by 6.7 percent, reaching $99,936, after having peaked at $126,000 last month. This represents a more than 20 percent drop in value over the past several weeks.

Other digital currencies also faced significant declines. Ethereum fell by 10 percent, while XRP dropped by 6 percent, extending the overall downward trend across the cryptocurrency market.

According to U.S. media reports, the recent slump in digital asset prices is largely attributed to growing investor caution amid increasing economic uncertainty, prompting many to adopt a more risk-averse approach.
