ISLAMABAD – Former Speaker of National Assembly and Member of National Assembly Asad Qaiser called on Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani at Parliament House, where the two leaders held a meeting focused on issues relating to the development and welfare of Swabi district.
During the meeting, PTI leader highlighted key challenges being faced by the people of Swabi and stressed the need for timely implementation of development projects, improved public services, and greater attention to the district’s infrastructure and socio-economic needs.
Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani acknowledged concerns raised by former National Assembly Speaker and assured him of his support within the parliamentary framework. Both leaders stressed the importance of resolving public issues through dialogue and cooperation.
The meeting also included an exchange of views on matters of mutual parliamentary interest and reaffirmed the need for strengthening democratic institutions while prioritising the welfare of the people.
