KARACHI – Pakistani youth extended support for the Army during Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations’s visit to Karachi.
During an interactive session with students from the Saylani IT program in Karachi, Pakistan Army spokesperson highlighted pivotal role of country’s youth in countering misinformation and shaping narratives in the digital space.
Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif reiterated that Pakistan’s armed forces are a disciplined and professional entity, fulfilling their responsibilities in alignment with constitutional principles and national directives. He further mentioned that Pakistan remains committed to being a stabilizing force in the region.
He commended students for their active engagement and insightful questions on both internal and external security challenges. Speaking on national defense matters, Lt Gen Sharif called recent success of Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos as a major milestone in the country’s ongoing pursuit of peace.
ISPR chief emphasized that Pakistan remains firmly committed to peaceful conflict resolution and continues to prioritize stability over aggression. “Armed forces of Pakistan are professional, disciplined, and constitutionally aligned,” he said, reaffirming the military’s loyalty to state directives and national interests.
He further said Pakistan would persist in its role as a net stabilizer in the region, contributing to peace and balance amid regional tensions.
Students at the session expressed strong patriotic sentiments, declaring their readiness to defend the country at all costs. They voiced unwavering support for the Pakistan Army, which they described as the embodiment of national strength and unity.
The session concluded with students thanking the DG ISPR for the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue. Many expressed hope for more such sessions in the future. The event ended with a resounding expression of national pride: “Pakistan always lives on.”
Students warmly welcomed ISPR chief, expressing pride in military, which they described as a symbol of national identity and strength. They engaged him with questions concerning both domestic and international security matters and pledged their unwavering support to defend the nation.
