The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter will hold an anti-India protest demonstration in Islamabad, tomorrow (September 24).

The protest will be held in front of the United Observer Office at 11:00am on the occasion of the Indian Foreign Minister’s address to the United Nations General Assembly.

The purpose of the protest is to draw the world’s attention towards extrajudicial killings and other grave human right violations by Indian troops in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, especially after the unilateral and illegal actions taken by Modi regime on August 5, 2019.

On the occasion, the APHC-AJK leaders will present a memorandum to the UN office in which the UN Secretary General will be urged to help stop the Indian atrocities in IIOJK and implement relevant UN resolutions for settlement of the lingering Kashmir dispute.—KMS
