A protest demonstration was held under the auspices of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) outside the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, today.
The protest was organized against the grave human rights violations and killing of innocent Kashmiri youth by Indian forces in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
The Hurriyat leaders addressing on the occasion deplored that India was carrying out the systematic genocide of the Kashmiri youth to change demogra-phy of the territory but the people of Kashmir would foil all nefarious designs of the Modi-led fascist Indian government.
Condemning the Indian state terrorism in IIOJK, they said that the Indian troops were killing the Kashmiris on daily basis to suppress the ongoing freedom movement.
The Hurriyat leaders said that the people of Kashmir were rendering their lives for a sacred cause, adding that the India could not suppress the Kashmir liberation movement through the use of brute force. They added that the Modi-led fascist Indian regime wanted to disturb the regional peace and the entire world is condemning he Indian atroci-ties on the Kashmiris.
The Hurriyat leaders urged the international community to put pressure on India to stop its bru-talities in IIOJK and settle the lingering Kashmir dispute in accordance with the United Nations reso-lutions and aspirations of the Kashmiri people.—KMS
