Corona kills 17 Pakistanis, infects 730 in one day

Pakistan has reported 17 deaths in last 24 hours by the novel coronavirus as the number of positive cases has surged to 286,382. The nationwide tally of fatalities jumped to 6,129 on Wednesday.
According to the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Center 730 persons have been tested positive for Covid-19. Till now 124,929 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 94,715 in Punjab, 34,947 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 15,296 in Islamabad, 11,956 in Balochistan, 2,157 in Azad Kashmir and 2,382 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
