Karachi has stood by the Muslim Ummah in difficult times. Pakistan and anti-Islam elements attacked the Jamaat-e-Islami rally. The attack is a big conspiracy which benefited India. These views were expressed by Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Senator Siraj-ul-Haq while addressing a press conference at Idara-e-Noor-e-Haq He strongly condemned the attack on the Jamaat-e-Islami rally on August 5and added the leaders and workers of Jamaat-e-Islami deserve tribute for continuing the rally. “We are still committed to continue the struggle for the survival of Kashmir. Retreat from the struggle is the death of Pakistan ideologically and geographically. “ He greeted the Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Gilani who has continued his struggle with patience and perseverance and also Asiya Andrabiwho has been detained and imprisoned in India. The JI leader said his workers will spill the last drop of blood for the independence of Kashmir, regretting that occupied Kashmir has been turned into a prison due to wrong policy of the ruler of Pakistan. Sirajul Haq stressed that the fence between occupied Kashmir and Pakistan should be removed as, “We consider occupied Kashmir as part of Pakistan. The Muslims of occupied Kashmir are in trouble today because of the rulers from Pervez Musharraf till today.” He said that past governments, including the current government, have done nothing but talk. … Many countries of the Islamic world are supporting India and have been favoured with government honors. “We want an OIC meeting to be convened and talk of withdrawing the August 5 initiative.
