Beauty salon owners assured of redressal of grievances

A delegation of Beauty Salon Association called on Sindh Minister for Local Government and Information Syed NasirHussain Shah at Ali House Karachi. Secretary Local Government Roshan Sheikh, Mayor Karachi Wasim Akhtar, Commissioner Karachi IftikharShalawani were also present on the occasion. The delegation of beauticians said that due to several months of lockdown, the stoves in the houses of the employees have gone out and most of them belong to the poor and middle class. Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has appealed for permission to open a parlor on the days of Eid-ul-Adha. Nasir Shah said that Govt Will consult with beauty parlors after Eid. The minister said that people from all walks of life have been affected by Karuna but economic activities can be allowed under SOPs. He said that all the provinces are implementing the guideline given by the federation and all sympathies of Sindh government are with the business community. The delegation included Mona Jamal, Nadia Hussain, ShaistaMargoob, Ayesha and Afshan Rashid. Justice of Peace District South Karachi Muhammad Aman Pir and social figure Sahibzada Shehzad Khan were also present in the meeting.
