ANP MPA Samar gets pre-arrest bail

Additional sessions judge-1 Abbottabad has granted pre-arrest bail to Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) of Awami National Party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Mst Samar Haroon Bilour on bail bond of eighty thousand rupees with two local surities for installation of electricity meter at her name on fake documents at Bilour House Dungagali.
According to FIR No.142 registered at Police station Dunga Gali under sections 419/420/468/471 PPC was lodged by one Ahmed Ali Tanoli son of Dr. Ghazanfar Ali at Police station Dunga gali on 01.07.2020 in which he alleged that WAPDA has installed electricity meter at Bilour House Dungagali on fake documents in the name of Mst Samar Haroon widow of Haroon Bashir Bilour.
