LESCO Chief Mujahid Pervez Chattha along with his team held e-open court at LESCO Headquarters on Wednesday.
He heard the complaints of the consumers online. So many people participated and called. Most of the complaints were about bills’ installments, shifting of high voltage wires, transformer upgradation, bills’ correction and non-availability of meters.
The LESCO chief ordered the redressal of the complaints on the spot and said that any laxity would not be tolerated in this regard.
