PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court has heard a petition seeking the recovery of Sohail Afridi and Babar Saleem Swati, with the matter coming before a two-member bench of the court.
The hearing was conducted by Justice Arshad Ali and Justice Naeem Anjum, who heard the petition concerning the recovery of the two individuals.
During the proceedings, the court directed that the case be placed before the Chief Justice for consideration.
The court also observed that a larger bench should be constituted to hear the petitions. The direction regarding the formation of a larger bench was given during the hearing as the matter proceeded before the two-member bench.
The case was thus directed to be placed before the Chief Justice, while the court also called for the petitions to be heard by a larger bench.
