The volunteers of Tiger Force Thursday visited various bazaars of the city along with the officers of the district administration and distributed safety masks among citizens and informed them about precautionary measures against coronavirus.
Assistant Commissioner (AC) City Sara Rehman along with the volunteers of the Tiger Force and traders’ representatives distributed safety masks among the people in different bazaars and also created awareness about precautionary measures against the virus, said a news release issued here.
Similarly, the Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC) Gulshan Ara also visited different bazaars of the Cantonment and City along with the volunteers of the Tiger Force and distributed safety masks among the people at bazaars, Ehsas Programme Centres and branches of commercial banks. She also created awareness about preventive measures against coronaviurs.
AAC Kashif Jan along with volunteers visited Hashtnagri, Jinnah Park and other localities and distributed safety masks. The officers of the district administration urged the people about adherence to the standard operating procedures (SOPs), use of sanitizers and guaranteeing of keeping social distance. They also informed the traders regarding precautionary measures and directed them for the implementation of the government guidelines in letter and spirit.
