ISLAMABAD – The twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad are preparing for large-scale Eid-ul-Azha 2026 gatherings, with and we bring you prayer schedule for major mosques and Imambargahs across the region.
Among the key venues, the iconic Faisal Mosque is expected to host Eid prayers at 6:30 am. In addition, several mosques across different sectors of Islamabad will conduct Eid prayers in staggered time slots from early morning to later hours to accommodate large gatherings and ensure smooth crowd management.

With arrangements underway across the capital, authorities have urged citizens to arrive at their designated prayer locations well in time. Officials stressed that early attendance is particularly important as many worshippers are expected to offer Eid prayers early in order to perform Qurbani rituals within the permitted time window.
Authorities further said that the schedule has been designed to facilitate orderly congregations and minimize overcrowding, especially during peak morning hours when attendance is expected to be highest across the twin cities.
