CONGRATULATIONS to every Pakistani on the first Anniversary of Marka-e-Haq.
One year has passed since Pakistan, with the grace of Allah SWT, totally destroyed India’s image as a regional bully, outclassing India in not only air warfare, destroying a number of India’s crown jewels, the Rafales, its much-coveted Russian S-400 BMD system, the entire depot of its BrahMos missiles in East Punjab, spoofing its military satellite, paralyzing seventy percent of its electricity grid, hacking crucial Indian websites, containing the Indian Navy in the Arabian Sea while moving many km inside the Indian border not only at LoC but at some places on our international border with India.
Thus, Pakistan’s military, air and naval might over India was Alhamdulillah established during Maarka-e-Haq when not only IAF’s attack on Mureedke mosque that killed women and children was instantly avenged by downing seven Indian aircraft, but in the subsequent two days Pakistan foiled Indian swarm drone attacks mostly through “soft kill” in order not to disclose the position of our BMD and air defense batteries but sealed its military superiority over India on 10th May via Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos.
However, being a Pakistani, there can’t be a greater concern for any Pakistani than the security of Pakistan itself and after the Iran-US-Israel war as well as Pak-KSA SMDA, what our government and strategic thinkers/analysts have been totally ignoring is the fact that without addressing the security concern of the entire Muslim world with regard to Israel’s nuclear program/capability, it is not fair for the US to just insist on depriving Iran of nuclear deterrence and if the US and Israel can turn the whole world upside down to see to it that Iran does not become a nuclear power, what they must be planning with regard to Pakistan’s nuclear capability.
And we know many times Israel tried to attack our nuclear facilities but it failed. Now for the first time we see in the US a POTUS who is all for Israel. He is so unfair that he is not willing to make a just deal with Iran, which should mean linking Iran’s nuclear matter with that of Israel. But Israel’s nuclear power is a threat to even Pakistan and I fear it may use India as a cat’s paw against Pak, God forbid.
So while Pakistan is mediating between Iran and the US, and China too is pressurizing Iran to open Strait of Hormuz, which Iran wants to control as a deterrent, Pakistan should raise the question of Israel’s nuclear threat to Iran, the entire Muslim world, in fact all of mankind, as Israeli leaders have often spoken of the Samson Option. Israel has resumed attack on Lebanon, and it seems unless Israel and the US are made to agree to revert to the Two-State Solution, abandoning the Greater Israel Project and Zionism, the only way to peacefully coexist with Israel, no agreement between Iran and the US can bring peace to the region.
Just as the fact that the US has failed to be the security provider of GCC states would not change, the fact that Israel by moving its Iron Dome and hypersonic missiles into the UAE is trying to step into the US’s shoes is crystal clear and thus we can’t just keep advising UAE not to allow that. It has already happened and the only way to reverse it is to address the Israeli threat to Iran and the Muslim world in the negotiations between the US and Iran.
Not only the US but China, Russia, UK and EU states should agree to it or they should agree to eliminate Israel’s nuclear capability as per many UNSC and UNGA resolutions, Israel’s reversion to the Two-State Solution and abandoning of the illegal Greater Israel Project being the other two security imperatives in the Middle East, which are as important as the question of Iran’s nuclear power and influence over the Axis of Resistance and the freedom of international navigation through the Strait of Hormuz is. Hence, I suggest that if the US and Israel do not agree to have a fair deal with Iran, Pakistan should extend its nuclear umbrella to all OIC states, calling an OIC Summit. Pakistan Hamesha Zindabad.
