The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CM Pak Limited (Zong) to set up Zong Customer Facilitation Kiosks at 15 e-Khidmat Markaz across the province.
PITB Director Development & Procurement, Ata ur Rehman and CM Pak Limited (Zong) Executive Director Sales & Distribution Faheem Durrani signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations at Arfa Software Technology Park.
PITB Director General (DG) e-Governance Sajid Latif, Additional Director General CFSC Aquil Khan, Chief Financial Officer Nadia Riaz, and Senior Program Manager Ghulam Ali were also present.
The Zong delegation comprised Deputy General Manager Commercial Centre A Aurangzeb Khan, Regional Director Commercial Centre Ejaz Jameel, Senior Manager Trade Marketing Obaid ur Rehman, and Senior Manager Commercial Planning & Business Support Sabahuddin Suleman.
The Zong delegation also visited the e-Khidmat Markaz at ASTP, where the PITB team delivered a live demonstration of ongoing service operations and citizen facilitation processes.
Under this collaboration, the e-Khidmat Markaz will now host Zong Customer Facilitation Kiosks, offering citizens easy access to SIM cards, data packages, and other digital services. This initiative reinforces PITB’s commitment to delivering modern, efficient, and citizen-friendly services while playing a key role in enhancing digital connectivity across Punjab.
