LAHORE – Former three-time Prime Minister and President of PML-N Nawaz Sharif along with Defense Minister Khawaja Asif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz inaugurated the renovated State Lounge at Allama Iqbal International Airport on Thursday.
Nawaz Sharif, Khawaja Asif, and Maryam Nawaz toured the newly refurbished lounge, which has undergone extensive modernization.
The event was attended by distinguished guests, who were welcomed by Defense Secretary Muhammad Ali.
Director General of the Pakistan Airports Authority, Air Vice Marshal Zeeshan Saeed, provided a briefing on the airport’s upgrade project. He informed that key areas including the Ravi Lounge, the main hall, the entrance lobby, and other sections had been renovated.
The State Lounge has been transformed with modern design elements, giving it a fresh and elegant appearance.
