Pakistan Ex Servicemen Society (PESS) has strongly condemned extra judicial killing of Naik Arshad Mehmood Retired ex Special Services Group by Chakwal Police PS Choa Saidan Sha in a fake encounter. It must be noted that there was no charge/criminal proceedings against the deceased ex-serviceman.
According to the local witnesses the ex-soldier was killed in his house by the local police and to cover up their crime a story of encounter has been cooked up. President PESS Lt Gen Amjad Shuaib Retd alongside entire PESS hierarchy stands behind the victim’s family against this gruesome brutality in seeking justice for Naik Arshad Mehmood.
