KARACHI – A woman killed her two 5-year-old twins just because of screaming and shouting in an area of Nawabshah, Sindh.
Reports said the mother slit the throats of Muhammad Raza and Muhammad Hamza. The woman has confessed to the brutal murder, saying neither my children will forgive me nor Allah.
The father of the victims said his wife’s mental health worsened since the birth of the children. “I forgive my wife for the killing of my children”. The locals also said that the woman was mentally ill.
The police say that no case has been filed against the arrested accused so far, adding that a case will be registered on the government’s complaint if the heirs do not lodge a complaint.
They said a medical examination will also be conducted to assess the mental health of the suspect, adding that investigation is also being conducted on other aspects.
