PESHAWAR – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-Fazl) on Saturday announced to hold “Israel Murdabad” conference in Peshawar on Sunday (tomorrow).
JUI-F said that the option of marching toward Islamabad could be announced during the event.
Aslam Ghauri, the spokesperson of JUI-F, said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman would deliver a special address at the conference.
The preparations for the event are complete, and the workers from across the province are expected to attend. The spokesperson added that public participation in the conference would serve as a strong gesture of solidarity with Palestinian brothers.
The spokesperson further said, “We will record our protest against the atrocities in Palestine during the conference. Additionally, the future course of action against the government’s malintent regarding the Religious Seminaries Act will be discussed. The illegitimate and fake government continues to break promises and deceive the public. An announcement regarding a possible march toward Islamabad may also be made,”.
JUI-F Central Secretary General Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri, Muhammad Aslam Ghauri, Maulana Amjad Khan, Maulana Asad Mehmood, Engineer Zia-ur-Rehman, Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman, Maulana Abdul Wasay, Maulana Abdul Qayyum Halejvi, Rashid Soomro, Maulana Atta-ul-Haq Darwaish, Agha Mehmood Shah and Hafiz Naseer Ahrar would also address the conference.
