LAHORE – Pakistan nationals who are planning to travel to Saudi Arabia for their jobs, business or residence are required to obtain the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) from Nadra.
NADRA holds the authority to manage, record, and issue NICOP to Pakistani diaspora living in Saudi Arabia or other countries.
All citizens living abroad can get an NICOP card by following an hassle-free process as it allows visa-free travel to Pakistan in the case of dual nationality.
For Pakistani residents in Saudi Arabia and other countries, obtaining the new Smart NICOP can be done by visiting any Nadra center at the respective embassies.
NADRA has different fee structures for Smart NICOP based on regions – Zone A and Zone B. Saudi Arabia fall sunder Zone B. Nadra offers three categories – Normal, Urgent and Executive – to issue NICOP for Saudi Arabia.
NICOP Fee in Pakistan for Saudi Arabia
As of November 2024, the normal fee for NICOP for Saudi Arabia stands at Rs5,620 while urgent fee is Rs8,440. Nadra also offers executive category to the customers. The fee for executive category stands at Rs11,250.
NICOP Online Fee for Saudi Arabia
The online normal fee for NICOP for Saudi Arabia stands at $20 while the urgent fee is $30 and executive fee standing at $40.
