A grand protest rally was held on the occasion of the fall of Junagadh under the patronage of the Governor of the state, Nawab Ali Murtaza Khanji and the leadership of the President of the Junagadh State Muslim Federation, Iqbal Sand, at the Junagadh House organized by the Junagadh State Muslim Federation. Officials and representatives of 85 member parties of Junagadh State Muslim Federation participated in large numbers in this meeting.
Important personalities from government, political, religious and other sectors participated in the meeting ceremony, including Senator and Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh Waqar Mehdi, Prime Minister Coordinator Youth Program Sindh Fahad Shafiq, Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh Usman Hangura, PP Member Provincial Assemblyman Asif Musa, MQM Provincial Assembly Member Faheem Patni, Senior Leader of Jamaat-e-Islami Mohammad Hussain Laghadi, Sunni Tehreek Chief Sarwat Ejaz Qadri, Pakistan Central Muslim League Sindh President Nadeem Awan, MQM Rehan Hashmi, Karachi Tehreek. Youth leaders Muhammad Faizan Hussain, Bashir Munshi, Naib Diwan Moin Khan and ADC Aqeel Khan were included.In their speeches, the speakers raised their voices against Indian domination and declared the independence of Junagadh as part of the complete agenda of Pakistan.
A resolution was passed to restore the rights of the people of Junagadh and to protect the privileges of the Nawab. On this occasion, the official arrest of Nawab Ali Murtaza Khanji was also demanded.Junagadh State Muslim Federation President Iqbal Sand and Secretary General Qazi Mustafa indicated in their speeches that the struggle for the rights of Junagadh will be expanded in the future and all political parties will be supported in this movement. This struggle will be presented as a demonstration of people power in the major political arenas of Karachi, where all political parties will support us in the cause of Junagadh.
Meeting was hosted by the Central Secretary General of Junagadh State Muslim Federation, Qazi Mustafa, and the dignitaries were welcomed by central officials Sattar Turk, Yusuf Sheikh, Bashir Qureshi, Hanif Junejo, Farooq Sheikh, Aamir Amin Arab, Ayaz Munshi, Saeed Khokhar, Hafeez Baloch, Muhammad Ali, Aman Malik, Wasim, Muhammad Imran, Ejaz Zehri and Junaid Sheikh were included. The members of the working committee performed the administrative matters well, in which Deputy Chief Faiz Thame, Rashid Arab, Samad Mir, Adnan Yafai played an important role.
