Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Monem Zafar Khan emphasized that the Alkhidmat Bano Qabil program has become a beacon of hope for young people in the face of rising inflation and unemployment. So far, 55 campuses have been set up across Karachi, enabling thousands of youth to enhance their skills through various IT courses, leading them toward financial independence. Khan stated that young people should look beyond despair and focus on learning and developing capabilities, allowing them to not only secure their futures in Pakistan but also contribute to the national economy by earning foreign exchange. He further noted that Pakistan is lagging behind in IT, largely due to government neglect of the country’s future. Instead, authorities have accumulated debt in the nation’s name, worsening the economic crisis. He shared these views while addressing thousands of students at the Bano Qabil Aptitude Test 4.0, organized by Jamaat-e-Islami’s District South, at Railway Ground, I.I. Chundrigar Road. The event also featured speeches by District South Jamaat-e-Islami leader Sufyan Dilawar, Karachi Chamber of Commerce President Javed Bilwani, former Health Minister Dr. Saad Khalid Niaz, and former national cricket team captain Moin Khan. Over 10,000 students participated in the aptitude test at the large-scale gathering. Monem Zafar Khan announced that after three successful batches, the fourth phase of the Bano Qabil program has now begun, with aptitude tests being held across all districts in Karachi. Graduates of the Bano Qabil program are now earning in dollars, a positive step toward alleviating the country’s economic challenges. Khan highlighted that Jamaat-e-Islami is committed to expanding Bano Qabil campuses across Karachi so that every young person has an opportunity to benefit from this program. Sufyan Dilawar extended gratitude to the distinguished guests and noted that five Bano Qabil campuses have been established in Lyari, Clifton, and Kemari within five months, with plans to open two more in Garden and Saddar soon. He emphasized that their goal is to set up Bano Qabil campuses in every neighborhood, empowering all young people toward self-sufficiency. Javed Bilwani applauded the organization of the aptitude test, which saw disciplined participation from a large number of young men and women, and he congratulated the Alkhidmat organizers, stating, “It’s inspiring to see an initiative that is guiding the youth in the right direction.” Dr. Saad Khalid Niaz remarked that holding aptitude tests simultaneously at three major Karachi venues demonstrates Bano Qabil’s growing popularity. He noted that Alkhidmat is fulfilling a vital role that should ideally be the government’s responsibility, and he encouraged affluent individuals to support Alkhidmat’s mission. Moin Khan congratulated Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman and the entire Alkhidmat team for inspiring Karachi’s youth and instilling hope in them. He remarked, “There’s no greater achievement than securing the future of our youth by making them skilled and self-reliant.”
