National Palestine Conference (NPC) was held at Shahrah-e-Quaideen, to express solidarity with the Palestinian people. The event was organized by the Central JamiatAhl-e-Hadith Pakistan and IttehadTanzeematMadarisDeeniya, with Senator Professor AllamaSajid Mir presiding over the gathering. The conference saw the participation of prominent religious and political leaders, including MaulanaFazlurRehman, head of JamiatUlema-e-Islam (F), Mufti TaqiUsmani, leader of WifaqulMadaris Al-Arabia Pakistan, Mufti MuneeburRehman, Grand Mufti of TanzeemulMadarisAhl-e-Sunnat Pakistan, former Ameer of Jamaat-e-IslamiSirajulHaq, and Hamas leader Dr. NajiZaheer, among others. Mufti TaqiUsmani emphasized that supporting the Palestinian people in their struggle against Israeli oppression is a duty of every Muslim.

“Hamas fighters have humbled the arrogance of Israel and its supporters, and they continue to stand strong on the battlefield. We must take practical steps to help the Palestinian people instead of merely issuing statements,” Usmani stated.

MaulanaFazlurRehman urged the government to form a national platform comprising all political and religious leaders to raise awareness about the Palestinian cause globally and devise strategies to counter Israeli aggression.

He reiterated his party’s long-standing position against the recognition of Israel, declaring it an illegitimate state, and praised the resilience of the Palestinian people in keeping the cause of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque alive through their sacrifices. Mufti MuneeburRehman remarked that despite Israel’s attempts to annihilate Gaza and kill thousands of Palestinians, their spirit remains undefeated. “We must act on all fronts to support Palestinians and resist Israeli oppression,” he said. Former Jamaat-e-IslamiAmeerSirajulHaq highlighted the ongoing protests worldwide in support of Palestinians and against Zionist atrocities. He expressed his confidence that Al-Quds (Jerusalem) would eventually be liberated, adding that Islamic countries must unite and take decisive action against Israel. The conference concluded with a strong call for the international community to take concrete steps against Israeli aggression and uphold the rights of the Palestinian people, reinforcing Pakistan’s unwavering support for their cause.
