LAHORE – The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Monday sealed more than 24 premises during operations against illegal commercial buildings and commercialization fees defaulters in Lahore.
The LDA teams sealed Mahmood Pharmacy, Shahbaz Tikka, Shaheen Shinwari, Café Dastan, Temptations, Chow Ming, food points, showroom and other businesses during operations on Khayaban-e-Firdpusi in Johar Town.
LDA Director Town Planning Zone-IV Ali Nusrat supervised the operations which were carried out by the enforcement teams with the help of Police.
As per the LDA officials, several notices were served to these buildings’ owners before carrying out the operations.
LDA Director General Tahir Farooq has directed continuing indiscriminate operations against illegal commercial buildings and commercialization fees defaulters in Lahore.
