The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has rescheduled exams of six subjects for class 9th due to a public holiday on September 17 on account of Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH).
The board was set to hold exams of Education, Al-Quran and Geometrical & Technical Drawing in group first while exams of History of Pakistan, History (Islam/Muslim) and Food & Nutrition in group second on September 17.
However, the papers have been postponed due to Eid Miladun Nabi, which is celebrated with religious zeal and zest across the country.
New Schedule for Class 9 Exams 2024
The above mentioned papers will now be held on 19 September, 2024 (Thursday) in both first and second groups within the territorial jurisdiction of BISE, Lahore.
The candidates have to arrive at their allotted examination centers half an hour before the paper time i.e. 08:30 A.M. for the first group and 01:30 P.M. for the second group, the notification said.
