Provincial Minister for Energy and Planning and Development, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, met with PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at Bilawal House in Islamabad to discuss issues related to Sindh’s energy sector and development funds. Nasir Hussain Shah highlighted that he had urged Bilawal Bhutto to intervene with the federal government regarding the release of funds that have been withheld.
These funds were previously promised for flood victims’ housing and infrastructure projects but have yet to materialize. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has raised the issue with the federal government, stressing the importance of immediate fund disbursement to facilitate the rehabilitation of those affected by the floods.
