Tessori inaugurates Shah Abdul LatifBhittaiUrs, vows economic reforms soon

Governor Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori, inaugurated the annual Urs of the revered Sufi saint, Shah Abdul LatifBhittai. During the ceremony, Governor Tessori laid a floral wreath at the shrine and offered prayers for the progress and security of Pakistan. Speaking to the media afterward, the governor lauded Sindh’s rich spiritual heritage, noting its pivotal role in promoting peace, love, and brotherhood through the teachings of its Sufi saints. He emphasized that Sindh contributes 90% to the national economy, yet still struggles with basic infrastructure issues, especially following last year’s devastating floods. Governor Tessori expressed hope for a brighter future for the province and prayed for the alleviation of the people’s hardships.

He assured industrialists and traders that better days were ahead, promising them good news soon. He mentioned that economic experts were working tirelessly to address the current challenges and that their efforts would yield positive results shortly. Discussing upcoming reforms, the governor highlighted the importance of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) in driving economic stability.

He praised the dedication of the President, Prime Minister, and Army Chief in striving to improve the country’s economic condition and called on everyone to unite as a nation for Pakistan’s prosperity. Governor Tessori also forecasted significant progress in the IT sector within the next six to eight months, which he believes will bring substantial economic stability.
