The world witnessed absolute chaos in Bangladesh as thousands of charged protesters stormed Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s official residence, as she escaped to India.

Defying a military curfew, overjoyed demonstrators looted a plethora of items from PM Hasina’s residence. Vandals get their hands on eating food, with some even lying on former PM’s bed. As some stole live animals, others got luxury furniture and belongings.

Pictures and videos captured people storming the Prime Minister’s official residence, with victory signs. Some even took TVs, chairs, and tables from highly secure buildings.

The recent development comes after violent protests that started in late June over the abolition of the government job quota system.
