Dr Khalid MaqboolSiddiqui, Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training, was the chief guest at the Scholarship Cheques Distribution Ceremony organized by the Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PEEF) at the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA). Dr. Siddiqui praised NAPA for its role in nurturing creative talent and providing a global platform for showcasing skills.
He stressed the importance of finding truth through knowledge and research, describing it as the key to prosperity. Dr. Siddiqui emphasized the significance of investing in youth, stating that it is the most valuable investment for a nation’s future. He cited examples of countries that have successfully harnessed their young population as an asset, asserting that Pakistan is on a similar path by providing opportunities through PEEF. “With approximately 180 million young people, Pakistan has both a challenge and an opportunity.
By equipping this youth with skills and education, it can be transformed into a valuable asset for the country,” he said. The ceremony concluded with Dr. Siddiqui distributing scholarship cheques to deserving students, marking a significant contribution to supporting the education and development of Pakistan’s future leaders.
