ISLAMABAD – The National Highway and Motorways Authority has increased toll tax rate for M1 motorway between Islamabad and Peshawar, with effect from July 1, 2024 (today).
The authority has jacked up the toll tax for cars by Rs110 to Rs350 from previous rate of Rs240. Similarly, the toll tax for wagon has been increased to Rs550 from Rs400.
It has been revised up to Rs700 for coaster and Mazda from previous toll tax of Rs550, after an increase of Rs150.
The toll tax for bus has been increased to Rs1,000 from 790, while new rate for truck stands at Rs1,300 from previous rate of Rs1,040.
The drivers of trailers will pay Rs1,500 in wake of toll tax from previous rate of Rs1,270, starting from today.
