The Supreme Court of Pakistan has formed a 13-member full court to hear the case regarding the non-allocation of reserved seats in the National Assembly and provincial assemblies to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed Sunni Ittehad Council on Friday.
The full court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faez Isa, will hear the case on June 24 and 25.
Justice Musarrat Hilali will not be part of the full bench due to her health issues.
Both the Election Commission of Pakistan and the Peshawar High Court had previously refused to allocate reserved seats in the assemblies to the PTI-backed SIC.
