In an important move aimed at providing relief to the public, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced a massive reduction in the prices of petroleum products.
Under the Prime Minister’s directive, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs 4.74 per liter, while the price of diesel saw a decrease of Rs 3.86 per liter.
The f notification of the new prices of petroleum products will was issued by the Ministry of Finance. New prices of petroleum products shall remain effective for next fortnight from June 1.
This decision comes as part of the government’s efforts to alleviate the financial burden on the people and ensure economic stability in the country.
