A matric-passed “local engineer” in Punjab city of Arifwala has again built a small aircraft on self-help basis and is now waiting permission from the concerned government authorities to fly it.
Muhammad Fayyaz, a popcorn seller and a security guard by profession, collected the required parts from scrap leaders and then built the plane on his own. Fayyaz got arrested five years ago when he built his first aeroplane and was conducting trial run when the police apprehended him.
