KARACHI – Salma Hassan, a renowned actress from Pakistan’s showbiz industry, on Thursday opened up about her decision not to remarry after her divorce.
Recently, the actress appeared on a private TV program where she discussed not only the drama industry but also her personal life.
In response to a question, Salma Hassan said, “When your trust and a relationship break, you become sensitive. It took me a long time to process and understand this.”
She added, “Children have their own place in life. It’s not that I didn’t move forward because of my child, but perhaps I am not ready for a second marriage myself.”
Salma Hassan was previously married to producer Azfar Ali, and the couple has a daughter named Fatima.
