The 13-year-old from Chigwell has been boxing since she was eight and started training with her younger brothers who were already at a local club.
When the pandemic hit, she started boxing workouts with her brothers in the back garden and enjoyed it so much she joined a local club.
She had to spar with boys, but it worked in her favour in developing skills to fight stronger opponents and made it easier to beat other girls in bouts.
Eliza still has difficulty finding other girls to spar and compete against and wishes
more would take up boxing to compete, gain more confidence, develop their physical skills and fitness and make new friends. Eliza faces national championship finals in the coming weeks and will represent England in the Three Nations Cup before competing in the European Cup.
She wants to win Olympic gold before turning professional and currently boxes for Rainham.ABC, which has produced four national champions this year.
She beat a good opponent from Colchester by unanimous points last Friday and, with brothers Romeo, 12, and Tiger, 8, trains under head coach Kelvin Wing.
