The Sindh Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) apprehended Muhammad Amjad Shah, an alleged member of the banned Sindh Revolutionary Army (SRA), from a hotel located on Shahrah-e-Faisal. Amjad Shah, who was wanted by the CTD as a proclaimed offender and absconder in a case registered under various sections of the Explosive Substance Act and Anti-Terrorism Act (case number 58/2022), was taken into custody during the raid. His associate, Sheeraz Ali, had been previously captured and was serving time in prison. The CTD revealed that ongoing investigations were being conducted to delve deeper into the matter and uncover any further links or evidence pertaining to the case.
