The value of Iran’s non-oil trade with its neighbors increased by 2.5 percent in the first 11 months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21, 2023-February 19, 2024) to reach $55.275 billion, the head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) said.
Mohammad Rezvanifar put the weight of non-oil trade with the neighboring countries at 88.54 million tons in the said period, IRNA reported.
During the mentioned 11 months, Iran exported 67.108 million tons of goods worth $25.844 billion to its neighbors, while importing 21.432 million tons of commodities valued at $29.431 billion.—Tehran Times
