Indian police have presented a challan in the court of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge in Jammu against two persons, Abdul Waris and Masrat Hussain, in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth Abdul Waris and Masrat Hussain were arrested by the Indian police during a naka checking near Vaishnavi Dham in Jammu in October 2010.
The youth are presently out on bail by the orders of the Court of law, and now, accordingly, on Feb 12, 20214, a chargesheet of the instant case has been produced against both persons in the Court of the 3rd Additional Session Judge in Jammu (NIA).
Indian forces personnel carried out a cordon and search operation in Kishtwar district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, today.According to Kashmir Media Service, the operation, jointly launched by Indian army and police, focused on the Kori and adjust areas, prompted, what the forces claimed, by suspicions of unusual movements in the area. The Indian army has claimed that the targeted area is the alleged residence of Jahangir Saroori, the longest-surviving commander of the Hizbul Mujahideen.—KMS
