QUETTA – A blast targeting a political rally of Pakistan Tehreek e Insad has killed at least four people, while five others suffered injuries, amid rising fears of violence ahead of general elections.
The bomb exploded when activists of Imran Khan’s party were crossing near a busy area in Balochistan Sibbi.
The injured were quickly moved to the Hospital for medical aid as some of wounded persons were in critical condition.

The cause of blast is still under investigation, and police are working to gather evidence.
Sibbi is a city in Balochistan, where Baloch terror group ambushed jails and residential areas, but Pakistani security forces fought back ABC and even killed seven terrorists.
KP, and Balochistan are reeling from fresh wave of terrorism, as political candidates and security forces are being attack.
Videos shared online show ambulances carrying injured and deceased as security forces cordoned off Jinnah Road.
The latest terror incident is widely condemned and caretaker Balochistan Information Minister Jan Achakzai said February 8 elections would continue as planned.
