KARACHI – Senior actress Asma Abbas revealed that she preferred to stich her own clothes rather than opting to expensive attires.

During appearance on a private TV comedy program, Asma Abbas said that there is a need for individuals to appreciate their natural features while cautioning against the pursuit of artificial beauty trends, citing the example of the late Michael Jackson.

Addressing concerns surrounding cosmetic procedures like injections and botox, the veteran actress urged people to maintain authenticity and embrace their inherent appearance.

She highlighted the example of actress Saba Faisal, who, despite utilizing artificial enhancements, radiates a natural glow, earning her the endearing nickname “tube light.”

When questioned about high-end brands, Asma Abbas proudly introduced her own modest fashion brand, stressing its affordability and accessibility to all segments of society.

She expressed her passion for designing and crafting clothes, underscoring her commitment to offering alternatives beyond expensive labels.

Referring to the widespread circulation of images featuring her designs on social media platforms, Asma Abbas revealed her personal approach to fashion.

She disclosed her preference for crafting her own garments, eschewing designer wear due to her aversion to repetitive attire. With unwavering conviction, she expressed her identity as both a designer and a fervent admirer of her own creations.
