19 Cases were discussed on the 2nd day of the Appellate Tribunal here at Abbottabad on , where 15 cases were decided and four were adjourned to next day including case of Former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s nomination case which was adjourned the hearing of the case till January 8 till the disposal of Eligibility case of Members of Parliament is under hearing in the Supreme Court.Captain (rtd) Safdar appeared on behalf of Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif as former PM papers were challenged by Azam Khan Swati from Constituency NA 15 Mansehra.
The case of Speaker KP assembly Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani for the seat of PK45 and NA 16 was adjourned to Saturday as his papers were rejected by the Returning officer for both seats on different grounds.
Appellate tribunal of Abbottabad is comprises of Mr. Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel and held detailed hearing on Thursday and Friday. Umar Ayub Khan and Babar Nawaz Khan has withdrawn cases against each other. Today cases of Shahid Rafiq, Asad Usman, Abdul Mateen Sardar Muhammad Khan.
