In continuation of harassment tactics of the Narendra Modi-led Indian regime, senior APHC leader Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi was summoned by an Indian court to appear before it in an old case, today.
The case was registered against him with malafide intention in the wake of some clashes between two groups in 2010 in Sumbal Sonawari area of Bandipore district. Agha Moosvi along with other religious leaders visited door-to-door and restored the brotherhood among the two groups in the area. Interestingly, the gesture did not go well with the occupation authorities, and they filed a case against Syed Hassan Moosvi at the Sumbal police station, in this regard.
The APHC leader appeared before the Magistrate of Sumbal Sunawari court, in the case, today. This is not the first time that the APHC leader was summoned by an Indian court in a fake case.
Earlier, his residence was raided by National Investigation Agency (NIA) in another fake case a few years back.—KMS
